The Only Agency, the US talent representation firm catering to high-profile fashion stylists, hair professionals and makeup artists, is acquiring London-based digital management outfit The Blogger Agent.

The transaction, first reported by TheWrap, expands the international footprint of the Kent Belden-founded agency across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2015, The Blogger Agent represents digital talent across beauty, lifestyle, fashion and entertainment with an aggregate social reach topping 100 million followers. Under the structure of the buyout, the London team will join The Only Agency while continuing to operate under The Blogger Agent banner.

The strategic tie-up is designed to provide European online creators with immediate entry into the New York and Los Angeles entertainment ecosystems. Simultaneously, Belden's roster of behind-the-scenes creatives will gain direct infrastructure for digital creator management and social brand partnerships.

Belden noted in a statement shared with TheWrap that visual style is now dictated equally by traditional media and social feeds. "Our talent creates the looks and images that shape fashion and beauty and The Blogger Agent’s creators bring those looks to audiences every day, allowing us to create a truly global talent platform," Belden stated, adding that modern aesthetics are shaped across red carpets, editorials and creator platforms alike.

As Hollywood Tomorrow observes, specialized styling and glam agencies are under increasing pressure to diversify beyond traditional day rates and editorial day bookings. Absorbing an established influencer firm allows legacy representation shops to convert red-carpet prestige directly into scalable digital marketing revenue.
