Cairo-based film and talent enterprise MAD Solutions has partnered with IRTH, the pan-Arab development and production company founded by Egyptian writer and producer Haitham Dabbour, Deadline reported from the Venice Film Festival.

The strategic pact aims to combine the resources of both companies to develop, package, and back regional film and television drama for domestic and international release.

Under the arrangement, the companies will focus on identifying new narrative intellectual property, supporting Arab screenwriters, and setting up high-end scripted series and feature films designed for both regional audiences and global buyers.

MAD Solutions brings an established presence in regional marketing, talent representation, and sales, while IRTH contributes a specialized development infrastructure centered on screenwriting and story development.

The partnership reflects an intensifying push across the Arab entertainment sector to professionalize project development and bridge the gap between creative talent and commercial distribution. As regional broadcast networks and global streaming services expand investments in Arabic-language originals, packaging robust scripts has become a critical bottleneck for regional producers.

Announced on the ground in Venice, the agreement underscores growing efforts by independent Arab production entities to build collaborative pipelines capable of sustaining international festival interest and commercial viability.
