Staffing and talent firm 24 Seven has reorganized its business development apparatus, combining three recently acquired marketing agencies into a single collective pitch unit called 24 Seven Agencies, according to a report from Digiday.

The consolidation follows the parent company's acquisitions last November of three specialized shops: digital and performance outfit Markacy, design firm SketchDeck, and experiential content agency Futureman. While each agency maintains its separate brand and specialty, 24 Seven is presenting them together to offer a broad menu spanning strategy, creative, branding, content, media, performance, and experiential work.

To drive cross-selling, 24 Seven is leveraging its established new-business team of 80 to 100 professionals. That group, which traditionally focuses on client staffing contracts, now doubles as a pipeline to funnel corporate clients toward the trio of specialized marketing units.

Agency leadership told Digiday that the strategy is already yielding multi-agency engagements. Clients including an unnamed golf brand owner and a Fortune 500 financial services company have expanded work that originated with one agency into broader assignments involving the others.

The move reflects a broader trend across entertainment and corporate marketing, where holding groups and staffing firms pursue higher-margin revenue by assembling modular boutique networks. For Hollywood Tomorrow, the realignment highlights how agency aggregators are leaning on existing enterprise sales pipelines to capture multi-discipline marketing budgets without forcing full operational mergers.
